Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and growth initiatives across inbound and outbound channels. This role is central to scaling Contify’s marketing engine globally (US, UK, EU, APAC, Middle East). You will be responsible for building data-driven campaigns, driving pipeline growth and aligning closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Solutions teams to accelerate revenue.

This is a high impact role for a strategic yet hands on marketer who thrives in a fast paced B2B SaaS environment and can blend creativity with analytical rigor.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Own the global demand generation strategy and execution to drive MQL → SQL → Opportunity pipeline.
  • Build and scale multi channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid media, events, SEO, webinars, content syndication).
  • Develop persona and industry specific campaign plays aligned to Contify’s ICPs and buying cycles.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversion rates, cost of acquisition (CAC), and ROI.


Content & Messaging

  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft value driven messaging for Strategy, Marketing, Product and Intelligence personas.
  • Drive growth focused content such as case studies, industry landing pages, thought leadership blogs and outbound nurture sequences.
  • Experiment with new growth levers (e.g., interactive content, ABM campaigns, AI-powered personalization).


Data & Analytics

  • Define and track funnel KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, Opps, CAC, pipeline velocity, ARPA contribution.
  • Leverage HubSpot/Outreach, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools to optimize performance.
  • Run regular A/B tests across campaigns, messaging, and creative assets.


Cross- Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align campaign outputs with outreach sequences and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with Solutions and Customer Success teams to mine customer stories and signal-led case studies.
  • Support leadership in GTM strategy reviews with data-driven insights.


Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years in a growth or demand generation leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in Enterprise SaaS (ARR $5M+ preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of inbound and outbound demand generation tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Strong storytelling skills to translate product capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage budgets, optimize CAC and report on campaign ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the competitive/market intelligence category is a plus.
