Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual design initiatives and brand identity work. This strategic role requires creating cohesive brand systems, elevating design quality, and potentially leading a design team. You will work on high-impact projects for SaaS startups and established tech companies, producing compelling visual assets that support lead generation for our UI/UX, development, and Webflow services.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Identity and Strategy
- Lead brand identity projects from concept to execution, including logos, colour systems, typography, and brand guidelines
- Develop comprehensive visual identity systems for clients, startups, and products.
- Create brand guidelines and scalable design systems
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct brand audits and recommend improvements
- Create visual assets that attract leads for our design, development, and Webflow service.s
Marketing and Digital Design
- Design marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and whitepapers
- Create social media graphics, ad creatives, and campaign assets showcasing our UI/UX and Webflow experti.se
- Design website graphics, landing page elements, and digital banners
- Develop infographics, data visualisations, and presentation materials
- Create email templates and newsletter designs

UI/UX Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to maintain visual consistency
- Design icons, illustrations, and custom graphics for web and mobile applications and Webflow projects
- Create marketing assets that complement product design
- Develop design components for design systems
- Support product launches with compelling visual assets
- Showcase our design capabilities through high-quality portfolio pieces
Leadership and Strategy
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Establish design processes and quality standards
- Lead design reviews and client presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders on creative direction
- Stay ahead of design trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
- Ensure design output supports lead generation efforts
Client Interaction
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients
- Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional work
- Demonstrate PhotonX design excellence to attract new business
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 6–10 years of professional graphic design experience
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating brand identity work and diverse design projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition
- Experience designing for SaaS, tech companies, or startups preferred
- Proven ability to create cohesive brand systems and guidelines
- Experience with both print and digital design
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership or team management experience
- Proficiency in Figma for UI collaboration
- Experience with motion graphics using After Effects
- Illustration skills (digital or traditional)
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and Webflow
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of web design best practices
- Familiarity with marketing and growth design
- Experience working with US or international clients
- Portfolio featuring successful startup brand launches
Technical Proficiency
- Must have: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Highly desired: Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects
- Nice to have: Procreate, Cinema 4D, Webflow, Sketch
