Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. You’ll assist in creating visual content for digital and print platforms, contributing to branding, marketing campaigns, and social media creatives. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design sense, eagerness to learn, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute high-quality visuals for government campaigns, official brochures, banners, social media, and print collaterals.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all designs comply with government standards, accessibility guidelines, and brand manuals.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, especially in public sector communication and government campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with Figma/Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Knowledge of print and digital design standards for government publications.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in public awareness campaigns, e-governance projects, or civic communication.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
• Portfolio demonstrating past work with government or institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Knowledge of print and digital design standards for government publications.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

• Gomtinagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
