The Role We are seeking a full-time 2D Graphic Motion Designer to bring our visual stories to life in short form video content. This role requires advanced storytelling and technical skills. You’ll create scripts, storyboards, sample clips, complex transitions and effects, and compelling audio compositions to match the energy of your visual story. What You’ll Do Understand client requirements and transform their ideas into actionable scripts. Develop storyboards, visual assets, and sample clips to present your visual concept. Build and animate 2D motion graphic videos in a variety of styles. Train, mentor and collaborate with global team members. Ensure all assets are tested and optimized for online video playback. Own projects from concept to completion, knowing when to ask for reviews/approvals, and when to involve other team members. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional design, animation, and motion graphics experience. Advanced Adobe After Effects skills and fluidity across Figma, Canva, and the entire Adobe Creative Suite (Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere). Comfortable training and collaborating with other team members. Excellent storytelling and English communication skills to transform information/data into compelling narratives.
