• You should be having at least 1-2 core skills with any design niche/style, Specialists will be given preference.
• You will be owning end-to-end design projects from ideation to post-launch impact analysis which includes ideating, conceptualizing and presenting the story to stakeholders
• Create unique and professional designs for Social Media and other Marketing Channels and Events
• Developing creatives for display ads
• Help design promotional material for events, like brochures and videos
• Prepare content for internal use (like guidelines and glossaries)
• Create customizable templates we can use for multiple purposes, including presentations and business cards
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Occasionally work on video production and post-production for video ads and videos published on digital media.
• Design landing pages and update designs for the website
• Work with Content Creator or Content Writer for better visualization of the end product
• Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats, and content to use in various creative projects
• Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Understand project requirements and concepts

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1-year experience and a maximum of 4 years experience
• Candidates who graduated in 2018/2019/2020/2021/2022/2023/2024/2025 with Bachelor's/Master's Degree in B.A/B.Design/B.F.A/B.Com/B.B.A/B.B.M/B.Sc/M.A/M.Design/M.F.A/M.Com/M.B.A/M.Sc with disciplines (Marketing, Design, Advertising, Communication) are preferred
• Experience as a Visual Designer or UI Designer Creative Assistant, or Marketing Assistant is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software (like Photoshop or Illustrator or Indesign or Adobe Premiere Pro or Figma or Adobe XD)
• An intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, attention to detail
• Flexible work schedule
• Basic copywriting skills
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
