Sales & Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and qualify potential clients across industries such as startups, entrepreneurs, and SMEs.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Client Engagement:

    Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Service Presentation:

    Effectively communicate Infobrandz’s value proposition, showcasing our expertise in creative solutions and unlimited service models.
  • Proposal Development:

    Create and present customized proposals and pricing plans that align with client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

    2+ years in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a creative or service-based industry.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Sales Acumen:

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Familiarity with creative services such as graphic design, video production, and web development is a plus.
  • Self-Motivation:

    A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
