We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell solar panel systems and inverters to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales while contributing to the companys growth in the renewable energy sector.
· Identify and develop new B2B clients such as industries, commercial solar developer, EPC contractors, and channel partners
· Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, and related solar solutions
· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to close deals
· Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business
· Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
· Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM or sales systems
· 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or power equipment
· Good understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and basic electrical concepts
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and meet targets
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
· Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
· Knowledge of net metering, government solar policies, and subsidies
