Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Surat. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in identifying and closing sales opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships Knowledge of cold chain logistics, cooling agents, and packaging solutions Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare sales reports Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the cold chain industry is a plus
