Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Sales Business Development position. The selected candidate will focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating client leads, conducting market research, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and supporting sales activities. Other responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet business growth objectives.

• Exceptional Communication skills for client engagement and collaboration
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business opportunities
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and nurture client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals
• Prior experience in the specialty chemicals or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
