Digital Marketing Strategist & Growth Manager
Required Skills & Responsibilities: Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies focusing on lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Drive SEO efforts including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization, using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Ubersuggest. Create and manage outbound cold email campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly.ai for targeted lead engagement. Design and run email marketing workflows and automation using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, email open/reply rates, landing page conversions, and overall ROI. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates using Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio. Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using best practices in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams to align messaging across all marketing channels. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to continuously improve strategies. Execute and scale growth experiments using the AARRR framework – Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue. Maintain clean campaign data, proper UTM tracking, and CRM tagging for accurate attribution and insights.
