We are seeking an Entry-level Financial Analyst (Recent MBA - Financial Analysis) to join our dynamic Finance team. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and journal entries. Prepare and review financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions and reconciliation. Support tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Candidate Requirements Required Qualifications: MBA (Finance / Accounts) – Freshers or up to 1 year of experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management. Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. Analytical mindset with numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English. Organisational and time management skills. Eagerness to learn tech-driven financial processes in a software organisation. High integrity and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial data. Desirable / Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is a plus.
