• Taking complete accountability for assigned clients.
• Managing projects of multiple nature - Retainers, Websites, other Ad Hoc Projects.
• The responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Deliverables or Results Committed to a client.
• Effective transfer of objective brief from the client to the team members & vice versa.
• Overall health of project & its retention, whenever required.
• Help to maintain the topline & bottom line decided by the organization, for every project.
• Receipt of timely payments
• New Business from existing clients.
• Communicate effectively & educating clients to understand their actual needs
• Providing the brief to designated team members assigned by the HODs.
• Uploading & managing all necessary tasks on CRM & project management platforms.
• Setting up project timelines, and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Ensuring high client satisfaction index.
• Research and analysis for the projects or projects, along with documentation of the research data.
• Developing brief document based on the SOP for project assignment & execution.
• Developing communication strategies based on client brief, industry segment, product/service USP, competitionanalysis.
• Development of presentations for new strategies, upsell/cross sell objectives to existing clients.
• Development of presentations for research & analysis done for particular project or project objectives.

Bechlor's / Master's Degree
