• Have complete understanding of Litmus' Vision, Mission & strictly follow the values of the organization at every level.
• Developing adequate sales funnel to ensure closures as per current conversion ratio
• Executing an outbound sales process focusing on the right clients for the agency.
• Bifurcation of sales and potential inquiries based on service type
• Ensuring quick turn around to each & every inquiry or action required from the agency's side.
• Identifying clients/projects for paid pitches, getting the brief and presenting it.
• Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
• Having effective sales meetings in order to:
• Understand the events ecosystem of the client
• Position Litmus as the appropriate choice for the client
• Generate requirements for Retainers, Ad Hoc, Website & Print Projects
• Negotiate win-win deals
• Maintain top line & bottom line as per predefined goals set by the organization
Client Co-ordination
• Follow proper email ettiquite and ensure that all critical communication & decisions have been communicated via
email.
• Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the deal.
Reporting & Management
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Head/ Management on multiple factors such as, but not limited to
• Daily, weekly, & monthly sales updates - Potential Clients, Won, Closed, Total Value
• Forecasts - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly
• Preparing & sending MOMs post each and every meeting.
• Targets - Achieved, Missed, Crossed.
• Review as per R&R Document.
• Challenges, Missed Deadlines & Client feedback/complaints
