Role Summary

Senior GoLang Developers

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural and technical decision-making
for backend services and distributed systems.
Design, build, and optimize high-performance GoLang microservices
with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Take
full ownership
across the development lifecycle: requirements, system design, development, testing, deployment, and observability.
Optimize PostgreSQL queries, schemas, and performance
for large-scale production workloads.
Implement
CI/CD pipelines
using Azure DevOps and ensure seamless deployments across environments.
Build and maintain
monitoring, logging, and telemetry frameworks
using tools such as:
Azure Monitor
Application Insights
ELK Stack
Grafana
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment and platform stability.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and system design.
Implement and advocate for modern engineering practices, including design patterns, distributed system principles, and DSA-based problem solving.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7+ years
of professional backend development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Go (GoLang)
and its ecosystem.
Strong knowledge of
system design
,
design patterns
, distributed architecture, and
data structures & algorithms
.
Hands-on experience with
PostgreSQL
, including advanced optimization, indexing, and query tuning.
Proven experience building
highly scalable, resilient, and distributed backend platforms
.
Solid experience with
Azure
, including Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
Proficiency with
observability frameworks
—logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards.
Experience building and maintaining
monitoring and alerting
systems.
Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive technical discussions.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Background in event-driven architecture (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar).
Experience in security best practices for distributed systems.
