Our Identity Access and Management team is looking for a talented, highly motivated engineer who enjoys building efficient, scalable, and thoughtful solutions to complex technical and product challenges.

As a key member responsible for building foundational services, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team working on our Identity Access Management Platform—one of our core business enablers serving millions of users daily. This platform powers 150+ desktop, mobile, and web applications, and supports a growing third-party developer ecosystem for managing user authentication, authorization, profile, and entitlements. You’ll be working on cutting-edge AWS technologies and contributing to the next generation of our identity platform, in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a self-organized, agile team that builds, owns, and operates web applications and cloud services
• Lead front-end development while aligning with UX guidelines
• Build responsive UIs across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Contribute across the full stack: front-end, backend, DevOps, and quality
• Participate in operations, including monitoring, alerting, metrics, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into elegant, scalable solutions
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, usability, and security

Basic Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex systems
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6/ES7), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Solid testing experience (unit and automation)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• Experience with build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM)
• Experience with cloud architecture and microservices at scale
• Familiarity with languages like C#, Go, Java, or Python is a plus
