Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Financial Controller. The Senior Financial Controller will oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and engage in detailed financial reporting. The role will also involve performing financial analysis, developing strategies for financial planning, and supervising accounting activities to maintain accuracy and transparency. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support overall financial health and growth of the organization is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting to support decision-making
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
• Profound understanding of Finance and its application in business operations
• Advanced proficiency in financial management software and tools
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification such as CPA or CFA is strongly preferred
• Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within a reputable organization
