Senior Financial Controller

As a Group Finance Controller at Addverb (One of Uplers" Clients), you will play a crucial role in shaping and establishing the financial planning and operations of the company to ensure long-term financial health and success. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic financial plans, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving organizational growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and control the company's books of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements in the USA, Singapore, India, etc. - Provide clear visibility of yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial standings through dashboards and MIS to stakeholders such as CEOs, Boards, and external agencies. - Forecast cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and available funds for expenses and investments. - Assist in preparing the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets at organizational and functional levels, reporting variances to management. **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9-12 years of experience in similar roles within small-medium sized companies or Technology Start-ups with global reach. - Expertise in Indian GAAP and working knowledge of global finance practices of the US or Singapore and other regions. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to navigate through ambiguous situations or unfamiliar territories.
