Job Description

WSAudiology is looking for Senior Financial Controller to join our team

Supports and partners with Software R&D leadership teams to set and deliver on business objectives and strategies.
Manages and contributes to relevant planning and analysis processes, including long-term planning, annual budgeting, outlooks, and forecasts.
Ensures transparent cost management across all sites, including benchmarking internally and externally.
Analyzes department performance, recommends benchmarks, and highlights key opportunities and risks.
Collaborates with other functions to optimize Project Lifecycle Management, reduce operating variances, maximize return on capital investments, and increase cost productivity.
Participates in weekly PLM meetings to understand agreed business cases and ensure accurate representation in the Project Management system.
Reviews projects frequently based on materiality, flags potential overruns, and takes necessary actions.
Collaborates with other Finance teams to ensure state-of-the-art financial systems and processes that maximize functional efficiency.
Champions productivity and efficiency in all areas of the organization.
