Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and develop reports to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and fund requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Develop financial strategies to support business goals
• Supervise and mentor the finance team
• Lead tax planning and filing, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Evaluate investment opportunities and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems

Required Qualifications / Skills:

MIS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CA / CMA / MBA in Finance preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial management
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and taxation
• Proficiency in financial software (Tally, ERP, Excel, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
