Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Pen, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and actively follow up with potential clients. Present and promote real estate projects to prospective customers. Conduct site visits and guide customers through the project details and benefits. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance. Required Qualifications / Skills: Graduate in any discipline. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry . Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Salary: As per industry standards and based on experience.
