Job Title: Billing Coordinator Location: Santacruz, Mumbai Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage and streamline our billing operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of accountability in handling financial data and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, operations) to ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy. Review and reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain and update client billing records and databases. Prepare billing reports and summaries using Excel for internal review and audits. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed. Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts-related roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: As per industry standards and candidate’s experience.
