Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. Establish strong relationships with reliable vendors to ensure long-term supply. 3. Cost Control Negotiate best prices to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality. Analyze market trends to anticipate material price fluctuations. Ensure procurement within the allocated budget. 4. Quality Assurance Ensure materials purchased meet the quality standards and specifications set by the company. Collaborate with the quality control team to approve material samples before bulk purchase. 5. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels of materials and place orders to avoid overstocking or shortages. Coordinate with the warehouse to track deliveries and manage inventory efficiently.
