Billing Coordinator

Role Overview: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the billing team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective billing processes to facilitate accurate and timely invoicing for textile products and services. Additionally, you will be involved in financial reporting and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment in financial and billing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Guide and manage the billing team, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to standards. - Design and implement effective billing processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant invoicing. - Verify and reconcile billing data with sales and dispatch records to ensure accuracy before generating invoices for textile products and services. - Analyze billing data, prepare periodic financial reports to track income and expenses, and provide insights to management. - Work closely with finance, accounting, sales, and customer service teams to ensure financial and billing alignment. Qualifications Required: - Experience in billing, accounting, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency with billing and accounting software. - Good communication and interpersonal skills for managing clients and internal teams. - Analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends. - Proficient in billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, Excel).
