* Handle incoming property leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk ins)
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
* Arrange and conduct sitr visits
* Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
* Follow up with interested clients regularly
* Negotiate and close property deals
* Maintain client data and follow up records
* Achieve monthly sales targets
