Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Senior Finance Manager. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, managing cash flow, and providing financial reports to senior management. The role also involves supervising the finance team, conducting audits, and implementing financial policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, accounting software, ERP systems
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in the hospitality industry is must.
Ability to work on-site in Nashik
