Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Nashik. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, manage accounts payable and receivable, perform financial analysis and reporting, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and assist in strategic decision-making. The role also involves managing the financial risks of the resort and developing strategies to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable
Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Ability to assist in strategic decision-making and risk management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
