Senior Finance Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to leadthe company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managingP&L, cash flow, financial statements, tax & audit compliances, and banking relationships,while also staying up to date with government financial schemes and incentives applicableto the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, andreporting

• Drive profitability by managing P&L and cash flow performance
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements as per statutorynorms
• Handle taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for financial audits and compliancechecks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Monitor and apply relevant government financial schemes, subsidies, and grants
• Lead automation and digitization initiatives in the finance department
• Support strategic decisions through financial data analysis and risk managementinsights
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of finance with business goals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 7–8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the IT/SI industry
• Strong grip on P&L management, financial modelling, and statutory compliance
• Knowledge of banking procedures, fund management, and treasury functions
• Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial software
• Solid understanding of Indian taxation laws, audit procedures, and financial regulations
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
