Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be responsible for financial reporting, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Other tasks include managing audits, optimizing financial processes, and leading the finance team.

• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
• Experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Audit Management
• Team Leadership and Management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate or student housing industry is advantageous
