We are looking for a result-driven E-Commerce Executive Growth Marketplace (Flipkart) to manage and grow our online presence on Flipkart. This role involves driving sales, optimizing product listings, managing campaigns, analysing data, and ensuring smooth operations on the platform. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on Flipkart Seller Central, including order processing, listing, pricing, and inventory updates. Optimize product listings with strong content, keywords, and high-quality images to improve discoverability and conversion. Monitor and improve product rankings and visibility through Flipkart Ads and promotional tools. Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with the design/content team for A+ content, banners, and brand store updates. Plan and execute platform-specific deals, promotions, and participation in Flipkart events (e.g., Big Billion Days). Maintain healthy account metrics (returns, cancellations, ratings, SLA adherence). Resolve operational issues such as order delays, return disputes, or listing errors. Liaise with Flipkart account managers to improve visibility and sales performance. Forecast and manage inventory to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations. Preferred Skills: Experience in FMCG, electronics, or home improvement category. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, warehouse).
