About the Role

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, expense claims, and payments.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with customers, and ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports related to payables and receivables.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in alignment with finance team.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and customers for issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy within AR/AP functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  SAP

  (FI module or relevant).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exposure to process automation or efficiency initiatives.
• Team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.
