About the Role

Static & Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging

  static and

  motion graphics

  for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, ads, 3rd party ecommerce platforms, offline stores etcetera.
• Develop static visuals, photo manipulation, etc for campaigns, including banners, posters, and other branded assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, creative visuals that align with the brand identity.
• Work with editing tools like

  Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

  .
• Ensure all designs and animations are on-brand, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.
• Stay updated with current design trends and motion graphics techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Optimize and prepare assets for various formats and platforms, ensuring they are web- and mobile-friendly.
• Edit short and long-form videos with advanced understanding of sound effects, special effects and color grading sense.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in

  working with Adobe Suite like

  Photoshop

  ,

  Illustrator, AfterEffects or similar tools

  .
• Proficiency in static graphics as well as motion graphics.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g.

  After Effects, Premiere Pro

  ,

  Final Cut Pro

  ).
• Ability to think of creative concepts and edit high-quality visual content.
• A strong portfolio showcasing their work.
• Ability to work with constructive feedback from team members.
• Attention to detail with a strong understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with designing for

  social media and meta ads.
