We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. Someone who understands branding, performance marketing, and storytelling — and can translate strategy into motion.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Create high-quality motion graphics for ads, reels, explainers, and brand assets
• Work closely with the creative strategist to bring concepts to life
• Edit product videos, real estate walkthroughs, and brand-specific content
• Develop visual styles, transitions, and animations that stand out
• Design storyboards and illustrate scenes when needed
• Manage multiple projects and deliver fast without losing quality
• Keep track of trends, animation styles, and modern content formats
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and ad hooks
• Prepare final files for export across all platforms (FB, IG, YT, LinkedIn)

Skills You Need

Software (must-have):

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
• Basic 2D animation skills
• Understanding of motion timing, easing, and visual rhythm

Good to have (bonus):

• 3D basics (Blender/Cinema4D)
• Color grading
• Sound syncing
• Ability to create custom illustrations
