Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth by managing different aspects of the marketing channels and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Marketing

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing

  ATL (TV, radio, print)

  and

  BTL (on-ground activations, sampling, college/society events)

  campaigns

• Plan and coordinate

  events, flea markets, pop-ups

  , and on-ground touchpoints to build awareness and drive trials

• Handle execution logistics including venue coordination, brand kits, staffing, and feedback reports

Content & Creative Development

• Create scripts, plan, and execute

  Instagram Reels and Stories

  in line with campaign objectives, should be okay to be on camera for this task 
• Assist with shoot coordination, prop sourcing, and basic on-ground content capture when needed
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver high-impact visuals, packaging creatives, and POS materials

Brand Collaborations

• Identify and reach out to relevant

  D2C or lifestyle brands for co-branded campaigns, giveaways, or sampling

• Manage end-to-end coordination with partner brands, from ideation to execution

• Assist in developing creative ideas and campaign hooks for brand partnerships

Influencer Coordination & Events

• Shortlist and coordinate with

  nano and micro influencers

  for campaign-led or region-specific activities

• Help plan content briefs and monitor performance from a brand storytelling perspective

• Support in organizing

  influencer-led events, sampling drives, or wellness sessions

Reporting & Market Research

• Track effectiveness of campaigns and events and prepare monthly reports

• Conduct regular research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field

• 1 year of experience in brand marketing, events, or a similar creative/activations role

• Prior exposure to

  BTL activities, event planning, or content shoot coordination

  preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment

• Good communication and organization skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and shoot coordination tools is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
