Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Marketing Executive who will be responsible for contacting and qualifying leads (parents), understanding their requirements, and converting them into potential clients. The role involves both telephonic interaction and field visits to parent locations to explain our educational services and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads (parents) provided by the company through calls and messages.
• Understand parents’ requirements and assess their suitability as potential clients.
• Explain the organization’s services clearly and address queries raised by parents.
• Visit parent locations as required to give detailed service explanations and build trust.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Achieve assigned targets related to lead conversion and client engagement.
• Provide regular reports on lead status and field visit outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle parents professionally and empathetically.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement roles preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
