Senior Facilities Manager

Role Overview: As a seasoned and strategic Senior Facility Manager at Russell Investments in Mumbai, you will be responsible for leading the operations and management of the Goregaon office. Your role will involve overseeing facility services, maintenance operations, strategic and financial management, vendor and contract management, compliance and risk management, workplace and space management, team leadership, workplace optimization, and projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all facility services, including hard (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and soft services (cleaning, security, pest control). - Oversee maintenance operations and ensure preventive and predictive strategies are implemented. - Conduct regular inspections/audits for health, safety, and compliance with statutory regulations. - Prepare, manage, and optimize OPEX and CAPEX budgets, providing monthly facility reports to leadership. - Lead vendor selection, negotiation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract renewals. - Ensure 100% compliance with all local, national, and industry-specific legal and environmental regulations. - Oversee space planning, office moves, fit-outs, and hybrid workspace design to optimize utilization and employee productivity. - Lead and develop a high-performing team through goal setting, reviews, and training. - Support corporate real estate strategy, lead space reconfigurations, workplace enhancements, and implement technology-driven workplace solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Facility Management, with 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity. - Experience in managing Class A office facilities in financial or regulated industries preferred. - Strong knowledge of contract management, technical services, safety regulations, and sustainability programs. - Proficiency in CMMS/CAFM/IWMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in managing vendor performance, compliance, and cost efficiency across multiple sites.
