Senior Facilities Manager

As a Key Account Manager at the company, you will play a crucial role in leading the daily operations across multiple sites in Mohali, Punjab. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and resident satisfaction. - Managing and mentoring a team of 40-50 on-ground staff by providing regular feedback, training, and supervision. - Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, handling escalations, and providing timely updates. - Maintaining and optimizing P&L performance for the assigned account by tracking costs, identifying savings, and improving profitability. - Working cross-functionally with logistics, housekeeping, food, HR, and tech teams to deliver seamless operations. - Analyzing data reports to identify gaps, opportunities, and taking proactive measures to improve service and efficiency. - Ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and contractual compliance across the account. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 6+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, facility management, or co-living operations, with strong leadership roles. - Hands-on experience in managing P&L, team performance, and service quality. - Proven ability to lead large teams, solve problems quickly, and deliver high-impact results. - Confidence, proactivity, and an ownership-driven mindset where you act like a business owner, not just a manager. - Willingness to work flexible hours and travel across sites as needed. - A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related fields. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.,
