SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE | CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Location : Gurgaon Work Mode : Hybrid (Minimum 4 days/week in office) ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role will directly handle key client accounts , manage fulfilment metrics, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through continuous communication, performance reporting, and proactive engagement. The person needs to own end-to-end client account management, and expand billable headcount in IT/tech accounts. You’ll bridge client needs with delivery teams while owning reporting, invoicing, and strategic growth initiatives KRA/ KPIS: -Profitability & Account Growth : Ensure 30%+ profitability per billable resource; submit monthly headcount, margin, and client growth reports. Achieve 30% annual headcount growth in assigned accounts via requirement mining and rapport-building. Add 5+ billable resources/quarter and secure 1 new RA (Resource Augmentation) account/year . -Client Management : Conduct daily client meetings, document MOMs, and resolve issues (e.g., billability gaps, leave trends). Propose 2+ client-specific strategies/month to boost revenue (e.g., upskilling plans, cost-saving insights). -Operational Excellence : Maintain 92%+ billability: Track timesheets, invoicing, and expenses; flag risks in weekly internal trackers. Manage end-to-end onboarding: Client requirement alignment, profile sharing, interview scheduling. -Collaboration & Compliance : Relay client/employee needs to HR and delivery teams via structured weekly updates. Adhere to in-office days, punctuality, and company policies (e.g., advance leave notices). REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 4–7 years of experience in client servicing, sales, account management or fulfillment (preferably in B2B or IT staffing services) Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders with clarity, structure, and diplomacy Strong reporting and Excel/Google Sheet proficiency Experience working with internal teams (HR, Delivery, Finance) to manage client requirements Familiarity with billing, profitability, and basic commercial math Process-oriented with a focus on compliance (e.g., timesheet rigor) PREFERRED TRAITS: Ownership mindset: you run your accounts like your own business Excellent communication: timely, clear, and confident Process-oriented but solution-first Comfortable with data and analytics Strong team player and culture contributor WHAT WE OFFER: Opportunity to grow in a client-facing leadership role Access to learning sessions and client meetings A collaborative, trust-based work culture Competitive base pay Show more Show less
