We are looking for a Senior Sales Telecaller who is confident, target-driven, and skilled in client communication. The role involves generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting prospects into clients. If you are passionate about building relationships and can communicate ideas clearly and persuasively, we’d like to meet you.

• Call and follow up with potential clients regarding our services.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate service information.
• Maintain call logs, CRM records, and reporting sheets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding.

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive tone.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (added advantage).
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
