We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our client account operations. This role is more focused on internal coordination and backend support than direct client interactions, making it ideal for someone looking to grow in account management or sales operations.
• Upload and maintain candidate profiles on internal/external portals (e.g., Workspend, Workday or similar platforms)
• Track profile submissions, feedback, and hiring status across accounts
• Maintain detailed trackers and dashboards for invoicing, onboarding, and fulfilment processes
• Support in compliance documentation and internal coordination with recruitment and delivery teams
• Assist account leads with periodic reporting and help ensure data accuracy across tools
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or account coordination (preferably in IT staffing or B2B)
• Experience working with ATS tools such as Workday, Workspend, PeopleStrong, etc..
• Strong documentation and tracking abilities using Excel or similar tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Understanding of internal fulfilment workflows and back-end sales operations
