Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and communication-savvy Junior Sales Executive to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will support the agency's growth by identifying leads, initiating conversations, pitching services and nurturing relationships with potential clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients across industries
• Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn and networking platforms
• Pitch agency capabilities (branding, digital marketing, experiential solutions) to potential leads
• Set up client meetings and assist in preparing pitch presentations and proposals
• Maintain and update lead pipelines and CRM tools regularly
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align solutions with client needs
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions and marketing initiatives
• Follow up on leads, build relationships and convert opportunities into business

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media or marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for advertising, branding and digital trends
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and a hunger to learn
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead generation is a plus
