Junior Executive - Sales

You are a proactive and energetic Junior Sales Executive with 12 years of experience in the building materials domain. Your responsibilities include supporting sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned targets. You will identify potential clients, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area, promote and sell building material products, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collect market intelligence and competitor information, prepare daily sales reports, update CRM/sales tracking tools, and coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and customer support. To qualify for this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials. Any graduate degree is acceptable, with preference given to BBA/B.Com/B.Sc. You should possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is required, and knowledge of English is a plus. Other requirements include owning a bike with a valid driving license, familiarity with the Hyderabad market and local geography, and the ability to work full-time from Monday to Saturday.
