Job Description

As a Junior Sales Executive in the building materials domain, your role will involve supporting sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential clients, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area. - Promoting and selling building material products as per company guidelines. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collecting market intelligence and competitor information. - Preparing daily sales reports and updating CRM/sales tracking tools. - Coordinating with the internal team for order fulfillment and customer support. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials. - Any graduate degree (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc preferred). - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi; English is a plus. Additionally, you must own a bike with a valid driving license and should be familiar with the Hyderabad market and local geography. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Saturday. You will receive a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives and travel allowance as per company policy.
