Job Description

Sales Operations Senior Executive


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Process Support:

  • Assist in tracking and maintaining sales processes for smooth team operations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to the manager.

CRM & Sales Tools Management:

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations (HubSpot, Engage Bay, or similar).
  • Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across sales tools.
  • Support sales team members with CRM usage and troubleshooting.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and update regular reports on sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue trends).
  • Share insights with the sales team and management to aid decision-making.
  • Track key performance indicators and highlight variances.

Sales Incentives & Compensation Support:

  • Support in tracking sales incentives, commissions, and payout accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance and sales leadership to ensure timely execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work with marketing to ensure leads are correctly tracked and handed over.
  • Collaborate with finance for accurate reporting and forecasting inputs.
  • Support customer success teams in ensuring smooth client transitions.


Requirements & Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related function.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Engage Bay, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Preferred Qualification :


  • Exposure to SaaS, tech, or B2B industries.
  • Basic knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies is an added plus.
