Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities related to HR operations.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process.
  • Maintain and monitor attendance records and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage employee data and workflows in the HRMS system.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the exit management process, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Process payroll and manage full and final (FNF) settlements.
