Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive in HR Operations at SAS Group, you will play a crucial role in overseeing core HR operations, ensuring process efficiency, and contributing to a positive work culture through effective employee engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HRIS and employee records accurately, handling employee queries related to HR policies, and supporting statutory compliance and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and exits - Maintain and update HRIS and employee records accurately - Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and other operational matters - Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee joining formalities and exit clearance - Assist in statutory compliance and documentation such as PF, ESIC, and Gratuity - Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and HR data analytics - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction - Continuously identify and drive improvements in HR processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred) - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations - Hands-on experience in employee engagement initiatives - Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and Google Workspace - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information About SAS Group: SAS Group is a diversified business conglomerate operating across healthcare, technology, staffing, fintech, and more.
