Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, while also efficiently coordinating the entire recruitment process.

2. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires by conducting orientation sessions to familiarize them with company policies and culture, and provide necessary support for the seamless integration of new team members.

3. Facilitate orientation programs for new employees, educating them on organizational values, goals, and expectations, while actively fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, handling documentation related to employee contracts, benefits, and performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

5. Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback from departing employees, process necessary paperwork, and analyze exit data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless and constructive exit process.

6. Collaborate with external partners, establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders, and support outreach efforts to enhance the organization's visibility.

7. Connect with lead hirers, hiring managers, and partner organizations for placement opportunities.

8. Understand job requirements and share relevant learner profiles/CVs accordingly. ∙

9. Maintain and update placement trackers, communication logs, and hiring partner databases.

10. Assist in general administrative tasks, manage office supplies and equipment, and handle inquiries while providing administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
