Job Summary: You have 2–5 years of experience designing for B2B software, you spend your free time figuring out how to automate your workflow. At Increff, you will be the bridge between high-level brand strategy and high-speed execution. You will create visual narratives for complex retail-tech solutions, using a "Human + AI" approach to deliver 10x output without a 1x drop in quality. We are looking for a designer who is bored with the "old way" of doing things.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling: Translate complex data science and retail-tech concepts into simple, premium visuals for whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral.
- B2B Marketing Assets: Own the design for high-converting landing pages, LinkedIn campaigns, and global event branding.
- AI Implementation: Actively research and integrate AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Magnific, etc.) to handle heavy-lifting tasks like image generation, upscaling, and asset variations.
- Brand Evolution: Maintain and evolve the Increff visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while pushing for a "modern tech" aesthetic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Sales teams to build high-stakes presentations and product marketing assets that win enterprise deals.
- 2–5 years of professional experience specifically within a B2B SaaS or Software company. You understand "Feature vs. Benefit" design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (B.Des/BFA).
- A portfolio that proves you can design for a technical audience—think clean lines, data visualization, and professional layouts.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Master-level proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Figma: Advanced knowledge of components, auto-layouts, and design systems.
- Presentation Design: Expert-level PowerPoint/Google Slides skills (essential for B2B sales enablement).
- Gen-AI Workflow: Proven ability to use Midjourney (for conceptual art), Adobe Firefly (for generative fill/edit), and Canva Magic Studio (for rapid scaling).
- Prompt Engineering: You know how to talk to AI to get professional results, not just "cool" images.
- Efficiency Mindset: You can demonstrate a 30-50% reduction in your design turnaround time by leveraging AI-driven shortcuts.
