Manpower Request 1 : Executive – Online Collection (Payment Gateway Reconciliation) & CMS Reconciliation

·  Match payment receipts, gateway payment confirmations, and bank credits to ensure all receipts are correctly recorded.

·  Identify, investigate, and resolve transaction mismatches, chargebacks, refunds, and failed transactions

·  Maintain a detailed reconciliation tracker and report unresolved discrepancies to the Reporting Manager.

·  Coordinate with payment gateway partners and banks for settlement issues.

·  Reconcile CMS bank credits with internal collection reports and customer records.

·  Verify deposit slips, bank statements, and CMS transaction reports for accuracy

·  Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports

Required Qualifications:

·   Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).

·    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or Oracle)

·    Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation formulas).

Manpower Request 2 : Sr. Executive – Distributor Commission Portfolio Handling

·        Compute distributor commissions and incentives based on approved schemes, sales data, and performance metrics.

·        Verify accuracy of sales and collection data before commission processing

·        Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual terms while calculating commission eligibility

·        Maintain detailed commission computation sheets and supporting documentation

·        Reconcile distributor ledger balances regularly to ensure correct posting of commission payouts.

·        Support Finance and Sales teams with data for budgeting and forecasting related to commissions.

·        Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
