Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for our Formulation and Development team in the R&D department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulating Solid Oral dosage forms (OSD), Liquid orals, Semi solid or Topicals and experience in product development, scale-up, and technology transfer . Key Responsibilities: Literature review and Patent search Preparation of master formula card, Qbd product development report & other protocols. Design and develop formulations for new and existing pharmaceutical products. Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility testing. Execute lab-scale and pilot-scale batch manufacturing. Coordinate with analytical, regulatory, and production teams for seamless development. Prepare technical documents including MFRs, PDRs, development reports, and protocols. Handle technology transfer to manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during scale-up and validation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Desired Candidate Profile: 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in formulation development in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Experience in development of oral solid dosage forms or injectables preferred. Familiarity with QbD principles and regulatory requirements. Good documentation practices and communication skills. Role & responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end OSD packing operations , ensuring adherence to GMP, GDP, and regulatory standards. Supervise the packing of tablets, capsules, sachets , etc., in compliance with batch packing records and SOPs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, warehouse, and engineering for smooth line clearance and operations. Ensure availability and proper functioning of packing machines like blister, strip, bottle filling, labeling, and cartooning machines. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and line performance , identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Role & responsibilities Prepare and manage the production plan based on market demand, forecast, and order priorities. Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per company norms. Monitor daily production schedules and update records in coordination with shop floor and planning teams. Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to planning and inventory for management review. Manage BOMs, MRP runs , and ensure accuracy in ERP/SAP systems. Coordinate with suppliers to manage delivery timelines and material availability. Ensure regulatory compliance in documentation and records related to PPIC. Preferred candidate profile Must have working experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle/other) systems is desirable.
