Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and manage the
production plan
based on market demand, forecast, and order priorities.
Coordinate closely with
Production, Quality, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch
teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain
inventory levels
of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per company norms.
Monitor
daily production schedules
and update records in coordination with shop floor and planning teams.
Prepare and analyze
MIS reports
related to planning and inventory for management review.
Manage
BOMs, MRP runs
, and ensure accuracy in ERP/SAP systems.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage
delivery timelines
and material availability.
Ensure
regulatory compliance
in documentation and records related to PPIC.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have working experience in a
regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Hands-on experience in
ERP (SAP/Oracle/other)
systems is desirable.
