Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identifying and targeting potential corporate clients through various channels like networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Needs Assessment:Understanding client requirements and tailoring solutions to address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing:Negotiating contract terms, addressing client concerns, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales Process Management:Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Client Relationship Management:Providing ongoing support and service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis:Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Preparing regular sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and forecasting future sales performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales efforts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Acumen:Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Relationship Building:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge:A solid understanding of the company's products and services, and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Market Awareness:Familiarity with the corporate landscape, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve client issues and concerns effectively.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
  • CRM Proficiency:Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data.
  • Results-Oriented:A strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,439.06 - ₹42,129.86 per month
